The NEW 4-inch aperture Model 339ir interferometer provides an integral reference surface that is flat to 1/10 wave at 632.8 nM (~1/53 wave at 3392nm) The instrument utilizes a Helium-Neon Laser operating at 3392 nm.

The Model 339ir now features a NEW Higher Resolution (640 x 480) broadband Infrared camera.  Several options are offered. This phase-shifting Fizeau interferometer utilizes piezo-electric phase shifters and Durango Universal Interferometry Software to permit the operator to achieve highly accurate and repeatable measurements.

The Model 339ir is available for world-wide shipment.
