This is our Model 355uv Ultraviolet Phase-shifting Fizeau Interferometer. The interferometer uses a 10 milliwatt 355nm wavelength DPSS Solid State Laser which is external to the interferometer and coupled to it by a fused silica optical fiber. The instrument features a fused silica collimator. The laser source is dithered to produce speckle-free live images on the computer monitor.  The camera provides a resolution of 768 X 494 pixels.

The Model 355uv utilizes Piezo phase shifters together with Durango Universal Interferometry Software to allow the operator to achieve highly accurate and repeatable measurements. The interferometer is provided with a 1/50 wave Transmission Flat ( ~1/35 wave at 355 nm).

Featuring Zoom optics, with remote control of Zoom and Focus.  A variable neutral density filter is used to control beam intensity. The Model 355uv is equipped with a 2.2 GHz All-in-One Computer to reduce system footprint.
